Biscuits and Blues is a institution in San Francisco for live blues music in the famous Union Square area of the City. In 1995 Regina Charboneau created and opened the first Biscuits & Blues nightclub in San Francisco, which was awarded a WC Handy award in 1999 as the Best Blues Club in America.

• Biscuits and Blues commissioned three 8ft x 4ft paintings from Bill Seet. The subject matter of the painting had to convey blues, fun, energy of the south, iconic music images, bright colors... These three painting still hang in the entrance of the night club today after 20 years.
